To Be Read

This is the part of the blog where I make my TBR list of all the books that I am planning on reading! In true reader fashion, I will most likely read an extraordinary amount of books before I get through all of these because let's face it, sometimes we just want to read things on a whim!On with the list!

1. Justice Buried  by Hilary Thompson
I received this book as an advanced reading copy and it is the next book that I will be starting! The cover is stunning and it looks very interesting! It is about a young girl in a post apocolyptic society who must learn to believe in herself before she can save her underground community! I am very excited to read this book, so watch for a review to come!

Song of the Nile

2. Song of the Nile by Stephanie Dray
This is the second book in the Cleopatra's Daughter series which follows, you guessed it, Cleopatra's daughter Selene, and to be honest it's more of a currently reading book. I really loved the first book and even though it's taken me a while to read the second one, that doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the book!

Daughters of the Nile
3. Daughters of the Nile by Stephanie Dray
The third book in the above mentioned Cleopatra's Daughter series. Like I said before, the first book was fantastic and I can't wait to read the rest of the series! Stephanie Dray is an amazing and severely under appreciated writer, and I seriously recommend anyone who likes historical fiction to pick up these books!

The Naming
4. The Naming by Alison Croggon
This is another more currently reading book, but it's another long term currently reading because I've been working on it for a long long time. I really want to get into this book, because when you hear about it, it sounds great! But for some reason I'm having trouble getting moving on it, but it's a really big book, so maybe it gets better!

In Stitches
5. In Stitches by Nick Edwards

About a year ago I read the book Confessions of a GP by Benjamin Daniels and he actually recommends this book to people who enjoy his book. It's, as far as I can tell, about experiences that this doctor has during his days at work. I, being a nurse, can really appreciate a lot of these situations, and just enjoy reading about them.

I think that 5 books is enough for now, but I'm always rotating my to be read list, and I'm afraid, like hydras in ancient mythology, every time I finish one book, 4 more take it's place! So check out the complete list on my Goodreads  [Here] and feel free to recommend books to me!
